An apartment on the entire 29th floor of the Pierre Hotel has gone on the market with an offer price of $65 million and has made its first appearance on the New York real estate market. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at the Pierre Hotel is for sale for the first time in its history, according to a new report.
The new building, a quick move home, is designed by Toll Brothers NPH3 and is located in the heart of Rochester, New York, just a few blocks from the Rochester Convention Center.
